With the UNO Drum IK Multimedia presents its first Drumcomputerwhich generates its sounds half analog and half sample-based. The twelve instruments share eleven voices and each has two velocity strengths. Kicks, Snare, Clap and HiHats are generated analogously. For Toms, RimShot, Cymbal, Ride and Cowbell you can draw from 54 PCM samples, the IK Multimedia from its own SampleTank 4 sample archive. All instruments can be changed with the four knobs and adjusted as desired. The master effects are Drive (distortion) and a compressor to give the newly created beats more pressure and punch.

The Sequenzer of the UNO Drums holds 100 patterns, each of which can be up to 64 steps (four bars) long. Recording is either in TR-Grid or in real time. A total of eight parameters of the twelve instruments can be set per step (parameter locks). There is also a song mode that provides a free concatenation of 64 patterns. For self-created drumkits there are 100 memory locations available. In order to RhythmIn order to spontaneously implement the new effects, the playback effects Stutter, Random and Roll were integrated. Thanks to the complete MIDIintegration of the Drumcomputers nothing stands in the way of a complete control from a DAW, for example.
