Many would call RØDE's large diaphragm bestseller a typical entry-level microphone. The NT1-A is one of the quietest studio microphones in the world with only 5 dBA of inherent noise - ideal when a large number of microphones are to be used simultaneously.

In terms of sound, the slim NT1-A with its full frequency response and subtle presence boost is beyond reproach. It is ideal for vocals and miking acoustic instruments, including guitars, woodwinds and, of course, orchestral strings, which benefit greatly from the NT1-A's linear off-axis frequency response. Thanks to its light weight (326 g), the NT1-A can be securely positioned at clearance height even with standard stands.

The NT1-A is supplied with the deluxe spider "SM6" with integrated popscreen, a 6 m XLR cable and a dust bag. The NT1-A is manufactured by RØDE in Australia, registered users receive a 10 year warranty.
