Here you purchase an activation code for the DJI Care Enterprise Basic Renew package for the Mavic 2 Enterprise Advanced, to be redeemed on the DJI homepage.

With the purchase, you acquire the option to receive a replacement unit ("new or like new") for a defective unit (e.g. due to self-inflicted crash) within the twelve-month validity period of the package for an additional service fee.

Service fees:

430 € for the exchange device

Covered are damages caused by e.g.:

• User error

• Signal interference

• Collisions

• Accident

• Crashes

Care Renew must be successfully activated in a timely manner after purchase at https://service.dji.com/care/active, or the claim will not be processed.

Please note:

• On the target page for activation, German must be selected as the language and the device should already be registered with DJI via the GO app, otherwise error messages may occur.

• The target page is only displayed correctly via desktop browser on PC/laptop. Alternatively, you can enable "Desktop View" in Chrome or Safari for Android or iOS smartphones/tablets.
