Waldorf Kyra

The Waldorf Kyra is a powerful, hardware-based virtual analog synthesizer capable of creating a wide range of current sounds for live and studio musicians.

The unit provides four balanced stereo outputs that can be freely assigned to any of Kyra's 8 parts. Studio producers will find this particularly useful as it allows you to use outboard processing and effects connected directly or via bus sends to your mixer. With each of Kyra's four outputs connected to the mixer, you can level, mishap, EQ and edit any of Kyra's outputs as you wish. You can choose to use Kyra's on-board effects or any outboard effects separately for each of the stereo outputs.

The Waldorf Kyra can play 128 notes simultaneously (up to 32 on a single part). This is always the case, regardless of the patch settings and effects used. The only exception is the Dual Mode, which uses two voices per note.
