Dear customer,

with our "3 year's MusoTec Guarantee" you will benefit from more extensive, more valuable and extended guarantee services. The claim applies to you as a consumer or business customer, from the days of delivery of the product and parallel to your legal warranty. We grant our guarantee on products, which carry the indication "3 year'sMusoTec Guarantee", in the description of the product.

We solve minor problems or defects immediately by visiting you virtually in your studio. Here we are using the technical possibilities of a video conference or remote control software. During a video conference you can personally describe the problem to us and puts us in a position to help you as quickly as possible. Should you problem be a software problem, we can solve it directly via the so-called remote support software.

It really couldn't be faster!

Should we not be able to solve the problem in this way, we will ask you to ship the unit back to us. As an authorized dealer of our brands, we take over various repairs ourselves. This has the significant advantage that the processing time of your guarantee claim can be reduced to a minimum.

As long as the repair process lasts, you have the possibility to borrow a unit so that you can continue to work. A basic claim does not exist and depends on the current availability of the borrowed equipment.

Should we not be able to repair the product you have sent in, it will be handed over to the manufacturer for repair or replaced by a faultless product, e.g. a completely reconditioned product.

The worst case !

Should it be determined that your device is unrepairable, we will exchange it throughout the entire guarantee period against a new product. If the same model should no longer be available, we will offer you an alternative product in the same price range and with similar features. Should you not be satisfied with our proposal, we will charge the entire original purchase price to a new product of your choice.

We believe more guarantee is not possible and your legal warranty claims, cancellation claims and defects liability claims will not be limited or reduced.
