Payment and dispatch
The following terms and conditions apply. We are delivering to the following countries:
Delivery of digital content:
Digital content (data created and delivered in digital form, DL - Download License products) is free of shipping charges. Digital content is provided to you as product license and download link by e-mail. The sending of this e-mail with access data for the provision of the digital content takes place within 48 hours after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment after receipt of payment and order confirmation).
Delivery time
On the article pages, you will find 3 color-coded delivery information:
GREEN such as - Available - Shipping in 1-3 Days
This status means that the goods are in stock and will be shipped to you within the stated shipping time after order confirmation and payment of the order. This only applies to shipping within Germany. The green status corresponds to a regular order.
The following applies in general:
Unless other shipping times are stated in the respective offer, the goods will be shipped within the specified period and, in the case of orders from outside Germany, within 2-7 days after order confirmation and payment of the order (in case of payment in advance - pre-payment - after receipt of payment and order confirmation).
YELLOW such as - On Pre-Order - Delivery in approx. 1-2 week/s
This status means that the goods can be ordered from the manufacturer / distributor and are explicitly ordered by us for you on behalf of / at the request of the customer. Delivery time is to be seen as an approximate time of e.g. 4 to 6 weeks.
In exceptional cases, the approximate delivery time may be shortened or extended during the realisation of the pre-order. Reasons for an extension may be, for example, that the manufacturers themselves are not supplied with certain components / parts on time and therefore the completion / delivery must be postponed. Accordingly, the delivery to us and therefore also to you as the customer is postponed. In such a case, we will inform you accordingly.
Reasons for a shortening can be, for example, that the manufacturers suddenly find themselves in a position to receive components / parts earlier and thus the completion / delivery is brought forward. In such a case, delivery to us will also be earlier and we will therefore deliver to you as a customer earlier. You will also be informed by us in this case.
Pre-orders of more than one item may result in partial deliveries, which extend the total delivery time of the entire pre-order. This means that if, for example, 10 identical items are pre-ordered, the manufacturer may deliver them to us in partial deliveries. We will deliver the partial deliveries to you immediately upon arrival until the entire pre-order has been completed. After a partial delivery has been made, the manufacturer will let us know when the next partial delivery will be made and we will pass this information on to you so that you can plan better.
In general, if a product arrives at the warehouse earlier than specified, it will be shipped immediately. If there are delays, the customer will be informed after we have obtained new delivery information from suppliers or manufacturers or we have received new information from the manufacturer.
Should you place such an pre-order via our online shop, the goods and the delivery of the goods must be accepted by you.
We do not grant returns on pre-orders of this type, as the goods are procured explicitly for you by us and we only make this possible if you agree to these conditions when placing the pre-order or have recognised our legal texts.
RED such as - Pre-Order on request
The same conditions and circumstances apply without any exception to pre-orders on request - red status - as for pre-orders with yellow status, with the sole difference that, if you place such an pre-order with us, we must ask the manufacturer in advance for the approximate delivery time. We will be happy to provide you with this information before you place your order.
Please note that on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, as well as, unless otherwise stated on the main page of our shop, during company holidays, no dispatch & delivery can take place.

Further details on payment
- Payment by invoice is only for authorities.
- The invoice amount is to be settled at the time of payment on invoice within 5 days.
- If you pay by credit card, your credit card will be charged at the time of shipment.
