Provision of Digital Content (Download Products)

No shipping costs apply to digital content (e.g. software licenses, downloadable files). Delivery is carried out via email by means of a license key and a download link. The access data will be sent within 48 hours after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed advance payment, after receipt of payment and order confirmation).


Delivery Times and Availability Status

On the product pages of our online shop you will find color-coded delivery information indicating the respective availability and shipping time:

GREEN – e.g. “Available – shipping within 1–3 days”

This status means that the item is in stock. Shipment takes place after order confirmation and receipt of payment within the stated period. This applies to deliveries within Germany. For international deliveries, delivery times may be extended to approximately 2–7 business days.


YELLOW – e.g. “Pre-order – estimated delivery in approx. 4–6 weeks”

This status represents a pre-order, meaning the item is currently not in stock and is ordered individually at the customer’s request from the manufacturer or supplier.

The stated delivery time (e.g. 4–6 weeks) is based on information provided by the manufacturer and represents a non-binding estimate. It may be shortened or extended due to supply shortages, supplier issues, or production delays. We will inform you immediately of any changes.

For orders containing multiple items, partial deliveries may occur. Available items will be shipped in advance. For remaining items, you will receive information on upcoming delivery dates as soon as they are confirmed by the manufacturer.

Note on pre-orders:
For items with a yellow delivery status, the special provisions pursuant to Section 9 of our GTC apply. These items are individually procured goods ordered exclusively at the customer’s express request. Withdrawal from the contract prior to receipt of goods is generally excluded. Cancellation is only possible as a gesture of goodwill and requires resale of the goods without economic disadvantage. There is no legal entitlement. The statutory right of withdrawal for consumers pursuant to Section 355 of the German Civil Code (BGB) remains unaffected unless a statutory exception applies.


RED – e.g. “Pre-order upon request”

For items with this status, the same rules apply as for yellow-marked pre-orders, with the difference that delivery times must be requested individually from the manufacturer before we can provide a concrete offer. Upon request, we will gladly obtain this information for you.

You can pay using Apple Pay during the ordering process. To do so, you must confirm the payment via the “Apple Pay” service on a supported Apple device in compliance with verification steps. Klarna invoice and installment purchase

  • Invoice: The payment period is 30 days from dispatch of the goods/tickets or, in the case of services, from provision of the service.   • Installments: With Klarna’s financing service, you can pay your purchase in flexible monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (minimum EUR 6.95) or under the conditions stated at checkout. Installments are due at the end of each month after Klarna issues a monthly statement.   • Sofort: Your account will be charged immediately after placing the order.
