We usually reply within approximately 24–48 hours and only during our business hours. During periods of high workload, response times may be longer. If we cannot be reached by phone, we will call you back as soon as time permits.

Around 90 to 95% of all inquiries we receive daily concern order and payment status, especially from guest customers. These inquiries can and will no longer be answered, as they take up to half working day of our time. Information on delivery times is published on the respective product page and, by law, always refers to the period starting from the receipt of payment by the retailer. We offer customer accounts, which provide detailed information on the progress of an order.

We are a family-owned business and specialists in our areas, and we present ourselves publicly as such. We do not want to be eBay, classified as Zalando, Etsy, and certainly not Amazon. We cannot compete in terms of speed with retailers such as Thomann or MusicStore. These retailers operate multi-million-euro automated logistics systems, where packages go from order to pickup without ever being handled by a human. Our operations involve hands-on, manual work in daily order processing, but in return we are usually able to offer unbeatable deals.
