If you wish to declare a withdrawal as a consumer within the meaning of Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) and EU-law, you may use this form in addition to the form provided in the withdrawal information. Please complete the form and submit it to us.

Entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code ( BGB ) and EU-law, as well as self-employed persons are excluded from the right of withdrawal by law. Any request for withdrawal by entrepreneurs or self-employed persons is inadmissible under German law and EU law and is therefore hereby legally rejected. Thank you for your understanding.
