The Keyscape is an extraordinary library with a total of 36 different pianos, which are not available in any other virtual instrument. From an LA Custom C7 Grand to various Rhodes and Wurlitzer pianos, Keyscape contains treasures such as a World Champion Claviset and a Dulcitone. The 77GB sample library can be used as an AAX, VST or AU plug-in and can be integrated directly into Omnisphere 2.

The team of Spectrasonics has spent 10 years to find the different rarities, partly restored or even reconstructed them. Afterwards they were recorded with up to 32 velocity steps to capture every sound detail, no matter how small. Especially the small noises of pedals, dampers and the complex mechanical components are what make up the authenticity of an outstanding library like Keyscape. The patches contain not only the actual instruments but also the corresponding amps and effect pedals.

Authentic sound

The instruments included in Keyscape are characterized by their very own, individual character, which is not least determined by the interaction of small mistakes and quirks. Spectrasonics took care to include these important imperfections and subtle background noises and not to iron them out by excessive processing. A big part of the Keyscape vibes are these little details that are missing in other libraries. In addition, software models of the corresponding amplifiers and effects have been created for each instrument, enriching the sound and giving you an authentic and dynamic playing experience.

Custom Controls

The custom controls of each patch allow you to go far beyond the original sound. In the clearly arranged interface you will find important parameters for sound design as well as high-quality effects, specially adapted to each Patch.

Hybrid Duo Sounds

Duo sounds are included in addition to the individual instruments. These combine two instruments to completely new sounds with independent timbre. Some of the most mysterious and inspiring sounds in Keyscape come from the duo sounds.
