3 Years MT Guarantee - Conditions

Parallel to the legal warranty, we provide a voluntary 3-Year MusoTec Guarantee under the following terms. The MusoTec Guarantee is granted exclusively to products that carry the note "3 Years MusoTec Guarantee" on the respective product page. Otherwise, only the legal warranty and liability for defects apply.
1.1 – Description of guarantee

Minor issues may be resolved via remote maintenance software or video session. If the issue is found to be due to a defect in the device, the product must be sent back to us for further examination and repair.

We will repair minor defects ourselves where possible to minimize repair time.

A loan device may be provided for the duration of the repair if availability permits. There is no entitlement to a loan device; provision depends on current availability.

If a defect is recognized by us as covered by this voluntary guarantee, the defect will be remedied either by free repair or by replacement with a faultless product (e.g., a reconditioned product) at our discretion. These provisions apply only under this voluntary guarantee and do not affect the customer’s legal warranty rights.

If a device is deemed irreparable, it will be replaced with a new product. If the same model is no longer available, we will offer an alternative product in the same price range with similar features.

In cases under section 1.1.5, we will credit the full purchase price of the original item toward a new product during the guarantee period. The replacement product is chosen by the customer and must equal or exceed the value of the original item. A cash refund is not possible.

Replaced products or parts become our property.
1.2 – Request of a guarantee claim

A guarantee claim must be notified in writing within the guarantee period and before returning the product. To do this, send a short E-MAIL our contact form. After acceptance by us, the product must be sent to MusoTec with a copy of the invoice.
1.3 – Conditions
The guarantee period begins upon delivery of the product to the customer.

It applies exclusively to products purchased from MusoTec.

It can only be claimed if a copy of the invoice is presented.

It can only be claimed during the guarantee period.

It extends geographically to Germany and the EU.

The guarantee is owed to the customer, whether a consumer or business customer, and cannot be assigned to third parties.

Defects must be proven to be due to material or manufacturing defects.

Within the scope of this voluntary guarantee, no further claims exist than those stated in these guarantee conditions.

Provision of guarantee services neither extends nor restarts the guarantee period.

If further manufacturer or product guarantees exist, this will be indicated in the article descriptions.
1.4 – Exclusions from the guarantee

Products that do not display the hint "3 Years MusoTec Guarantee" on the respective article page.

Products subject to wear and usage-related deterioration or where repair is not economically viable.

Defects arising from failure to follow operating instructions, misuse, abnormal environmental conditions, overloading, arbitrary damage, insufficient maintenance or care.

Defects caused by accessories, supplements or spare parts that are not original parts.

Products on which unauthorized modifications, additions or repairs have been made.
-
Minor deviations from the expected quality that do not affect value or usability.
1.5 – Legal information
The customer’s legal warranty rights are not restricted or eliminated by these guarantee conditions. The Guarantor of this voluntary guarantee is MusoTec Dr. Daniel Krawietz, Münsterstr. 13, 44534 Lünen.
