What is a B-stock item?
Answer:
B-stock items are goods that have been returned within the statutory withdrawal period and are offered at a reduced price. Their condition is fully as new and the contents are identical to those of a new item. However, the packaging has already been opened by a customer and the item has been tested. As a matter of principle, we inspect all returns for condition and function. With regard to warranty - liability for defects - or guarantee, you are at no disadvantage compared to a new item.
Occasionally it also happens that we have to inspect a delivery and open the boxes of the items. In that case all parts remain in their original packaging. These items, too, although rarely, are offered as B-stock.
Question:
Which payment methods include buyer protection or an equivalent payment safeguard for me as a customer?
Answer:
1. Credit & debit cards - If you pay by credit or debit card, you have the option of recovering your payment within 120 days. This costs you no more than a phone call to your bank. Of all the buyer protection schemes available on the market, this is the simplest and most secure one for you. You do not have to ask anyone for permission.
2. Apple Pay - Since Apple Pay uses your own credit or debit card, the statement under point 1 - Credit & debit cards - also applies to Apple Pay.
3. Klarna Invoice - Here you pay for your item only after you have received it. With Klarna Invoice you have 14 days to pay the invoice. There is not the slightest risk for you, and you additionally enjoy Klarna Buyer Protection.
4. Klarna Instalments - Here you pay your first instalment after you have already received your item. So there is no risk for you here either, and should the need arise, you also enjoy Klarna Buyer Protection.
5. EasyCredit - Here too, you pay your first instalment after you have received your item and therefore bear no risk.
