Request for a return

  • To submit a return request, please click on the MUSOTEC RETOURE FORM and fill it out.

  • Once we have accepted your request, send the product to us. 

  • After receiving your product, we will check it and confirm your return.

  • Now you tell us whether you would like to have your money paid out or credited to a new product.

  • In the case of payout, we will pay out your money as quickly as possible, or within 14 days at latest.

  • In the case of compensation with a new product of the same price, shipment will take place within the specified delivery time.

  • In the case of compensation with a more expensive product, shipping takes place after receipt of the additional payment, within the specified delivery time.

  • In the case of compensation with a cheaper product, the product will be shipped within the specified delivery time and the remaining amount will be paid out to your bank account.

We charge a fee as a percentage of the original purchase price to cover the costs incurred by us for processing and technical checks of the goods, reconditioning, packaging and shipping costs, restocking, resale costs, loss in value of the product, any payment service provider fees, marketing costs and taxes.

The following products are excluded from MusoTec Retoure:

  • Software licenses, software downloads or so-called ESD ( Electronic Software Delivery ) products

  • All accessories from the DJI Drones category

  • Freight forwarding goods or products

  • E-Mobility Upgrades

  • Products that are rarely sold, custom-made products and products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

  • Products that have been damaged due to improper use

  • Defective, damaged, unusable and third-party products. Third-party products" refers to products that have not been supplied by MusoTec

  • Products and goods purchased on invoice or in installments

You can request returns as often as you like, but only once per product.

In the case of intentional return of defective, damaged, unusable or third-party products, the shipment will be returned at the customer's expense. In addition, a processing fee of 200 Euro plus VAT will be charged, as well as storage costs of 25 Euro per month plus VAT. The goods will only be shipped back after the costs have been paid in full by bank transfer.

The MusoTec Retoure is only valid for Germany & the EU. No legal regulations are restricted or waived. The MusoTec Retoure is valid for all orders from 22.04.2024.
