How do i request a Retoure?
 

  • To request a return, please click on the MUSOTEC RETOURE FORM and fill it out.

  • Once your request has been accepted by us, send the product to us for inspection. 

  • After we receive your product, we will inspect it and confirm your return and the amount of the refund.

  • Now let us know whether you would like to have your money paid out or settled with a new product.

  • In case of payout, we will pay out your money as quickly as possible, but within 14 days at the latest.

  • In case of a settlement with a product of the same price, the new product will be dispatched within the specified delivery time.

  • In the case of settlement with a more expensive product, dispatch will take place after receipt of the additional payment within the specified delivery time.

  • In the case of settlement with a cheaper product, dispatch will take place within the specified delivery time and the remaining amount will be paid out to your bank account.

From day 31, we charge a percentage of the original purchase price to cover the costs incurred by us for processing, technical inspection of the goods, preparation, packaging and shipping costs, restocking, resale costs, loss of value of the goods, any payment service provider fees, marketing costs and taxes. You can see the percentage in the table.

For example: You want to return your product from day 31. We charge 5% of the purchase price. The refund will then be 95% of the original purchase price. This applies to items that you have purchased from MusoTec.

For third-party products from other resellers, we will determine the amount of the refund on request and inform you about the amount of the refund. This is initially a non-binding statement on our part. Once you have sent us your device for inspection and we have been able to check its condition, we will confirm the amount of the refund. If your item does not correspond to your description, we will make you a new offer for the refund amount or reject the return. If you accept, the procedure described under ‘How do i request a Retoure?’ will be applied.

 

The following products are excluded from MusoTec Retoure
 

  • Software licences, software downloads or so-called ESD ( Electronic Software Delivery ) products.

  • All accessory products of the DJI brand.

  • Forwarding goods or forwarding products - products that have been dispatched to you by a forwarding agent.

  • E-Mobility Upgrades

  • Goods that are rarely sold, customised products and goods that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

  • Goods that have been damaged due to improper use.

  • Defective, damaged and unusable goods.

  • Goods and products purchased using payment on invoice or installments.
     

You can request a Retoure only once per product.
 

In the event of deliberate and fraudulent return of defective, damaged or unusable goods, the goods will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense. In addition, a handling fee of EUR 250 plus VAT will be charged. The goods will only be returned after payment of the total costs by bank transfer. Our MusoTec Retoure is not a licence for misuse. You should always seek competent advice before making a purchase so that, in the best-case scenario, you do not have to return the product. In the event of gross negligence, we preserve the right to refuse your request for a return. 

The MusoTec Retoure only applies to Germany and the EU. No legal provisions are restricted or eliminated. The MusoTec Retoure applies to all orders from 22.04.2024.
