Here you purchase an activation code for the DJI Enterprise Care Basic Renew package for the Mavic 3T, which is to be redeemed on the DJI homepage.

With the purchase, you acquire the option to receive a replacement unit ("new or like new") for a defective unit (e.g. due to self-inflicted crash) within the twelve-month validity period of the package for an additional service fee.

Service fees:

• 264 € for the exchange device

Covered are damages caused by e.g.:

• User error

• Signal interference

• Collisions

• Accident

• Crashes

Care Renew must be successfully activated in a timely manner after purchase at https://service.dji.com/care/active, or the claim will not be processed.

Please note:

• On the target page for activation, German must be selected as the language and the device should already be registered with DJI via the GO app, otherwise error messages may occur.

• The target page is only displayed correctly via desktop browser on PC/laptop. Alternatively, you can enable "desktop view" in Chrome or Safari for Android or iOS smartphones/tablets.
