AIR Mellotron offers six tape sets featuring the original flute, choir and strings tape samples for a truly authentic sound, with each tape available in a Dirty and a Cleaned version. Formant, Age and Sample Start controls plus key-on and key-off samples let you shape the sound further. The new Flavor section transforms patches into lo-fi sounds, applying EQ simulations of radios, phones and tape machines and adding distortion, noise and tape flutter. A compressor, four-band EQ, spring reverb and delay complete the effects, and 30 factory presets get you started.
