An effect combining octave pitch shifting, long reverb and delay that bathes your production in an ethereal, lush and evolving atmosphere.

Shimmer generates an octave above and an octave below the source signal, each with precise individual control, and combines them with a reverb offering up to 30 seconds of decay. Delay and Reflection controls shape the atmosphere, while Low Cut and High Cut filters control the frequency content of the reverb tail – from wide-open spaces to dense, reflective rooms. Inspired by the signature reverb sound of musicians and producers Brian Eno and Daniel Lanois, the plug-in suits acoustic and amplified instruments as well as experimental sound design.
