BBD-Chorus brings back the vibrant vintage mojo and inimitable organic warmth of the classic 1970s bucket brigade chorus unit – for guitars, mixes and sound design.

The model is the Boss CE-1 Chorus Ensemble from 1976, whose thick, organic modulation and pitch-shifting vibrato shaped the guitar sound of the late 1970s. Antelope measured and emulated the non-linear response of every single component based on the original schematics; alongside the original Split (Dual) and Basic (Classic) stereo modes, two extra modes unique to this version, Wide and Cross, take it well beyond guitar processing into sound design and music production. Placed on a parallel chain with the whole mix or selected instruments, the chorus adds mellow, lush glue, while the vibrato adds extra depth and vibrant colour.
