Banshee is a professional vocal and production suite that covers the entire vocal chain in nine expandable, re-orderable modules.

The input stage offers four preamp models with different circuit topologies, from a discrete transformer-based design to console and tube stages and a transparent linear stage, plus pitch correction, a noise gate and a de-esser. This is followed by a graphic EQ with user-programmable frequency points, dual FET- and opto-style compressors in series or parallel, and four parallel distortion algorithms – pentode, triode, tape saturation and solid-state transistor – that you can morph continuously on an X/Y pad. A doubler with Beast mode, chorus, shimmer reverb, lo-fi effects from AM radio to megaphone, the Pixelator, a four-mode delay and dual reverb processors expand the palette. At the end of the chain, a brickwall limiter, stereo widener and output de-esser take care of loudness, width and high-frequency control.
