A versatile bus compressor designed to glue mixes together with character, modelled on a classic console compressor and extended with modern features.

Monster 4000 brings punch, warmth and cohesion to your mix without sacrificing clarity, whether you want to add impact, tighten the record or smooth out the mix. The Mix knob enables parallel compression, the SAT switch adds extra saturation and tonal colour, and side-chain high-pass filtering prevents low frequencies from causing over-compression. Auto-release adapts the release time to the signal, dual-mono mode gives you more control over stereo material, and external sidechain support lets another signal drive the compression.
