Gorilla offers different monsters for different genres: its three preamps are based on the Fender Super Bassman, the Aguilar Tone Hammer and the Ampeg Heritage SVT-CL, each with Clean and Drive operation. The parallel engine splits the signal into low, mid and high bands, applies independent compression and saturation to each and recombines the result, while two independent octave layers, one octave below and one above the original signal, can turn your bass into a wall of sound. The IR mixer blends four custom cabinet responses on an XY surface or loads a user IR of your choice. A four-band tone stack, bass and mid maximizers, an output limiter, a tuner and artist presets by Erik Arko, Gergo Hajer and Henning Pauly complete the suite.
