A highly customisable peak, RMS and crest factor meter that also outputs its measurements as MIDI and automation data for side-chain applications.

Almost every aspect of the metering can be customised, down to the attack and release shape; alongside five default scales, including Bob Katz’s K-System scales K-12, K-14 and K-20, you can create your own. Large statistics displays, histograms for measuring dynamic range and envelope graphs show how a track behaves, while the mid-side switch helps you check mono compatibility, whether you work in mono, stereo or surround. All envelopes can be combined, reversed and recorded as automation curves or sent as MIDI CC, for example for ducking, side-chain compression or controlling external MIDI hardware, video effects and lighting systems.
