Muted electric guitar and harmonics, recorded by composer Mats Lundgren – for modern sounds from delicate to cinematic.

For this Origins volume, Sonuscore collaborated with composer Mats Lundgren (Just Cause 2, Mad Max, Generation Zero) of Pole Position Production, who recorded the guitars and processed them with great precision. The muted guitar, a 2006 Fender Stratocaster American Deluxe, provides a calm, warm and rich sound as the base of a harmonic structure. The shimmering, floating harmonics of a 2003 Gibson SG with Seymour Duncan Phat Cat pickups are the perfect addition, amplified through a handwired Marshall 1974X. In the Multi-Arpeggio-Designer they become ambient pads and modern arpeggios, with 80 rhythm presets and 12 colour presets.
