A highly flexible compressor that deliberately models no hardware and gives you full control over the dynamics of your audio.

Comprezzore uses a double-precision compression algorithm tuned for maximum clarity and smoothness and puts every lever in your hands, from the drawable compression curve to attack times from 0.01 to 1000 ms and release times from 1 to 5000 ms with flexible shapes. Whether you want to shape transients, gently glue tracks together or squash everything, you can choose feed-forward or feed-backward compression and use a sidechain path with low- and high-pass filters, an optional external sidechain and optional 2x or 4x oversampling. A moving history of input level and gain reduction, wet/dry operation and a comprehensive set of presets complete the plug-in.
