A plug-in that loads other plug-ins, letting you build your own effect networks and use plug-ins in hosts that do not support their format.

In Metaplugin you connect your existing effects into networks of your own by drag and drop, and included helper plug-ins such as a mid-side matrix, multiband splitter, cross-track send and receive, A/B switch, 8x2 channel mixer and MIDI channel filter make mid-side processing, multiband compression or distortion and cross-track routing possible. As a wrapper, Metaplugin loads VST and VST3 plug-ins in Pro Tools or Logic and AU plug-ins in Pro Tools, while an internal bridge brings 32-bit plug-ins into 64-bit hosts and Intel plug-ins into native Apple Silicon hosts. Oversampling of the whole chain up to 16x in real time and up to 64x when rendering, full delay compensation, dry/wet and bypass per plug-in, automation of up to 100 parameters and an instrument version with 16 stereo output buses also make it a versatile tool for sound design and layering synths.
