Motion Filter is a reimagining of the Denise classic The Sweeper and offers two motion types: in Sweeper mode, an envelope follower makes the filter follow the dynamics of the track, while in LFO mode waveforms create recurring sweeps that can be synced to the host tempo. Low-pass, high-pass, band-pass and notch types are available with slopes from 12 to 96 dB per octave, and the Nyquist-corrected architecture keeps the sound clean even at extreme settings. Via sidechain, a kick drum for example can drive the filter motion, while dynamic resonance and Filter Flip expand the possibilities, all without automation lanes.
