A high-resolution matching equaliser that matches the frequency spectrum of a recording to a reference, suited to ADR as well as to music.

You play Magic Spectrum a track whose sound you like, then analyse your own recording and apply the character of the reference in whatever amount you choose, using automatic equalisation across 2048 bands. If you have no reference, you can load one of the many included presets, analysed from outstanding recordings and distinctive-sounding masters. Four different responses can be loaded and combined vectorially, and in Advanced mode you edit the spectrum directly with graphical tools. Magic Spectrum is particularly suited to matching in ADR and is used for this by major Hollywood studios.
