The bundle combines Hollywood Strings 2 and Forbidden Planet – a close-miked string ensemble and over 600 morphing hybrid synths for soundtracks and modern productions.

Hollywood Strings 2 offers a 21-piece string ensemble – first and second violins, violas, celli and basses – recorded in EastWest Studio 2 with exceptionally close miking, featuring 148 instruments in over 160 GB, six microphone positions and Atmos support for emotional film moments as well as pop, rock and hip-hop. Forbidden Planet, produced by Doug Rogers and Nick Phoenix, combines electronic synth layers with orchestral, world instrument and choral samples and sound effects into 645 instruments with 54 GB of samples captured through an analogue signal chain, in categories such as Arpeggiator, Bass, Drones, FX, Leads, Pads and Poly Synth. The central XY pad crossfades between two sound sources while controlling the filter, complemented by a mod envelope, step LFO and two arpeggiators with independent sequencers.
