The high-precision pitch shifter and bender for dive bombs from rumbling lows to squealing highs, controllable via MIDI.

Efektor Whammo captures the sound and functionality of the classic pitch-shift and pitch-bend pedal in a plug-in and covers a range from three octaves down to two octaves up. The result of years of development is smooth pitch shifting and bending in either direction, while the attack of every picked note stays crisp. It also works with chords: minor or diminished chords take on a musical “flutter”, as heard in Radiohead’s “Iron Lung”. For genuine pitch-bend effects the manufacturer recommends a MIDI foot controller.
