A conventional stereo correlation meter often shows everything as fine when kick and bass are mono, while strings, hi-hat or vocals are already cancelling out; 2BC multiCORR pinpoints such trouble spots band by band. Its trueLinear scale, which according to MAAT matches perception better than the usual cosine scale, devotes particular attention to the low range up to 400 Hz, which matters for lacquer cutting in vinyl mastering, for example. It also offers balance and broadband correlation meters plus the monitor functions of 2BusControl: left only, right only, mono (L+R), difference (L-R) and FLIP to swap the channels.
