Modalics Beat Scholar - Download
The beat maker that displays each beat as a circle and divides it into up to 42 slices, for rhythms beyond classic drum machines.
Beat Scholar displays each beat as a circle that you slice like a pizza into up to 42 pieces, and lets you place any drum on any slice. This lets you combine subdivisions into unusual rhythms, stack several drums on the same beat and build fills and linear grooves in a few clicks, while bars, measures and beat values are easy to change. Over 250 samples ranging from classic drum machines and acoustic recordings to synthesised drums made especially for Beat Scholar are included, and you can load your own samples by drag and drop. A built-in effects section gets you started quickly, and you can drag MIDI files straight into your DAW or send MIDI to other instruments and hardware drum machines.
