Ohmicide[S] combines 111 distortion algorithms – 37 distortion types with three modes each – with flexible serial and parallel band routing, ranging from subtle colouration to extreme transformation. Dynamics, filters and feedback can be set per band, complemented by an upward compressor, expander and noise gates, while the envelope follower, ADSR and LFO deliver animated, evolving effects. The visual preset browser with 108 presets and four performance macros per preset make it quick to discover sounds and play them expressively in real time, on drums, bass, synths, vocals, loops or full mixes.
