The powerful sound design filter that uses a modal filter to emulate the sonic characteristics of a wide range of resonating bodies.

The Supermodal modal filter uses hundreds of precise band-pass filters to model the resonant bodies of instruments, objects and waveforms: nine models with three variations each add up to 27 modes, including flangers, phasers, vocal filters and physically and mathematically modelled resonators, which you shape subtly or dramatically with decay, dampening and partial settings. Working in parallel, a state-variable filter with a 24 dB per octave slope blends between high-pass, band-pass and low-pass, can self-resonate and can be warmed up with Drive, while a Blend slider mixes the two filters. Four modulation slots with six sources, including Meta knob, ADSR, envelope follower, sequencer, MIDI/CV triggers and randomiser, modulate virtually every parameter, also in stereo and with cross-modulation.
