A collection of musette sounds from all over the world – from America to Italy, from France to Northern Europe and beyond.

The typical musette accordion sound is based on two or three voices: the main 8′ voice plus one or two detuned 8′ voices, with each kind of musette using its own detune values between 4 and 23 cents. World Musette offers seven programs – six different kinds of musette with registers for a total of 20 musette sounds, plus one left-hand program for accompaniment. The 477 perfectly looped samples at 96 kHz and 24-bit are spread across three velocity layers with two round robins each, complemented by a filter on Expression (CC11), tremolo on the modulation wheel and key-on and key-off noises.
