A digital simulation of an analogue-style single or multi-band compressor and limiter for mixing and mastering.

PSP Vintage Warmer 2 combines rich, warm analogue-style processing with a straightforward interface and covers everything from soft-knee compression to brick-wall limiting. Its overload behaviour can generate saturation effects typical of analogue tape recorders, while VU and PPM meters with overload indicators keep levels under control. The installer contains three versions: PSP MicroWarmer with a simplified single-band interface and low latency for individual tracks, PSP VintageWarmer (LE) with low resource usage, and PSP VintageWarmer2 with FAT double-sampling mode for mastering, groups and master buses.
