AudioMatrix is a utility plug-in that routes any input channel to any output channel, with gain and polarity controls, for stereo, surround and immersive formats.

Connections can be regular assignments or use fixed gain values of -3 dB and -6 dB or custom values, with or without polarity inversion. With up to 64 channels and any format in between, you can translate a 9.1.6 mix to 5.1, build Mid-Side matrices, mirror left and right, create fold-downs from 7.1 to 5.1 and stereo, or send channels to the centre speaker or the subwoofer. Channel order can also be changed, for example from 5.1 Film to 5.1 SMPTE.

Features

• Route any input to any output, from mono up to 64 channels
• Gain per connection: -3 dB, -6 dB or custom values, with or without polarity inversion
• Mid-Side conversion from stereo and back, plus big mono sums with adjustable contribution per channel
• Fold-downs, format changes and channel reordering (e.g. 5.1 Film to 5.1 SMPTE)
• Mute or change the level of individual channels, including the LFE
• Play 5.1 material on 7.1 systems and route channels to the subwoofer without bass management
