A painstaking plug-in recreation of Undertone Audio’s coveted UnFairchild 670M mkII Vari-Mu compressor.

Developed in collaboration with MIXLAND, the plug-in is the product of more than six months of testing, measuring, listening, experimenting and refining to capture the unique vibe and character of the hardware. Alongside the classic Vari-Mu compression behaviour, it adds an Output Level control, a Wet/Dry Mix for parallel compression and an overall THD control to dial in the harmonic character of the compression.
