The F6 combines parametric EQ and multiband dynamics: its six floating bands only act when a frequency range crosses a threshold.

The EQ follows the dynamics of the music – for example a singer who moves from soft and close to the mic to belting from further away – and fixes problems transparently only when they pop out. Each band offers peak, high-shelf or low-shelf response with compression or expansion, can overlap with others and process stereo, mid or sides; additional high-pass and low-pass filters provide 6 to 24 dB/octave slopes. Internal and external sidechaining per band, a global mix control for parallel compression and real-time analysis with adjustable resolution complete the plugin, which runs with zero latency for live use as well.
