A linear-phase multiband compressor with four bands for the mastering chain and for sculpting the dynamics of your tracks. LinComp splits the signal into four bands using double-precision linear-phase crossovers, letting you control the level and response times of each band independently without the band splitting doing any damage to the audio. Threshold, attack, release,...

A fully parametric IIR equalizer with 24 bands that you can load on any track of your projects for precise tonal shaping. IIEQPro offers 24 fully parametric bands with 27 filter types each, including seven Butterworth types with variable slopes from 6 to 60 dB per octave. The filters are adjusted for digital artefacts at high frequencies, and processing runs with an...

A zero-latency true stereo reverb that adds air to your mix without sounding harsh or blurring the details of the stereo field. Envelope grew out of the experience that many reverb plug-ins sound good on a solo track but, in a mix, quickly cause muddiness in the low frequencies or become too intrusive around 5 to 7 kHz, where sibilants live. It therefore adds air without...

A plug-in that widens the stereo image in three frequency bands without taking the punch out of the low end. StereooeretS widens the stereo field as much as you like without removing so much from the centre channel that the low end loses its punch. To do this, it splits the audio into three independent frequency bands, each with its own width, gain and even pan control, and...

A standalone application that lets you keep using older 32-bit plug-ins in 64-bit-only DAWs. With more and more hosts going 64-bit only, Bridgewize makes sure that precious and often legendary 32-bit plug-ins do not go unused: the application selectively creates seamlessly bridged versions of your favourite plug-ins. It uses the same wrapping technique as Metaplugin 3, and a...

A cross-platform analyser that shows exactly what a plug-in does to your audio, made for plug-in developers and power users alike. Plugindoctor loads effect plug-ins into two independent chains of up to six plug-ins each and analyses them in parallel or as a difference, using a double-precision FFT engine with independent analysis of both stereo channels. Linear analysis...

An emulation of the MagicDeathEye stereo tube compressor with built-in equalizer, designed especially for the mastering and mix bus. MagicDeathEyeStereo is the second collaboration between DDMF and Ian Sefchick, recreating his vari-mu tube compressor for mastering and bus duties, whose compression curve is noticeably more gentle than that of the mono model. Its...

The official plug-in version of the MagicDeathEye tube compressor designed by Ian Sefchick, for individual tracks as well as the mastering bus. Designed by Ian Sefchick, mastering engineer at Capitol Records, this variable-gain tube compressor has a circuit loosely based on a Fairchild 660. After almost a year of careful circuit and signal analysis, the plug-in stays very...

A faithful replication of the EMT 250, the first digital hardware reverb ever made, as a plug-in for your DAW. The ERS 250 plug-in was originally designed by Harrie Munnik and his Dutch company EmptyRoomSystems; DDMF was involved in developing the first version and now carries the ERS plug-ins forward. Only 250 units of the EMT 250 were ever produced, and the plug-in...

A highly flexible compressor that deliberately models no hardware and gives you full control over the dynamics of your audio. Comprezzore uses a double-precision compression algorithm tuned for maximum clarity and smoothness and puts every lever in your hands, from the drawable compression curve to attack times from 0.01 to 1000 ms and release times from 1 to 5000 ms with...

A plug-in that loads other plug-ins, letting you build your own effect networks and use plug-ins in hosts that do not support their format. In Metaplugin you connect your existing effects into networks of your own by drag and drop, and included helper plug-ins such as a mid-side matrix, multiband splitter, cross-track send and receive, A/B switch, 8x2 channel mixer and MIDI...

A chorus plug-in that sounds like the Roland Dimension D and adds subtle stereo width, air and presence to your sounds. Originally designed by Harrie Munnik and EmptyRoomSystems and now carried forward by DDMF, this plug-in recreates the Roland Dimension D, a hardware chorus heard on thousands of recordings worldwide. Unlike many chorus effects with heavy modulation, it...
